We ship via the US Post. Buyers are responsible for all shipping and insurance fees. We can ship by any US postal method you prefer--Prioity or First Class. We will let you know what the postage fee is before you send us your payment. Payment for orders without shipping included will not be sent until payment for shipping is covered.
Our packaging, in an effort to both stay green and reduce cost, is often of second-use cardboard and recycled materials.

Only in case of jewelry damaged in shipping...and merchandise must be returned IN DAMAGED SHIPPING BOX. All return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. We will only exchange for merchandise of comparable value IF returned merchandise was damaged IN SHIPPING.
We do not do refunds. Sorry, we know this sounds harsh, but we will do our utmost make sure that you know exactly what you are getting beforehand--only if the US Postal gorillas bust it up, can we replace it for you.
